Shipping charges are calculated by a formula, which incorporates the weight, number of items and
destination. The easiest way to calculate how much shipping will cost is to raise an order online for
the items you are interested in, press the ‘view basket’ button and your shipping charges will be
calculated automatically. The order will not be submitted until you have entered all your address
and payment details.
If your order is for a large number of pieces or large items we will provide a quotation for delivery.
If an advice notice appears on the site, please continue with your order, we will advise you of the
delivery charge as soon as possible.
UK ORDERS - we use a courier (usually FedEx) for UK deliveries and packages are delivered on a next
working day after despatch basis. We advise the despatch details by email. If you are out the courier
will leave a card, but please check if you have not received your parcel within 3 working days of
despatch. The tracking reference and courier website details are all shown in the notification of
OVERSEAS ORDERS - we use a courier (usually Parcelforce) for all overseas deliveries. Parcelforce use
agents within the selected destination country. We advise the despatch details by email. If you have not
received your parcel within 10 working days of despatch please check the courier website. The tracking
reference and courier website details are shown in the notification of despatch. Please note couriers
only hold parcels for 14 days after which the packages(s) are returned to us. Subsequent re-despatch will
incur an additional charge.
