Within the EU, customers buying goods on line have the right to cancel an order, without giving a reason, at any time
within the ‘cancellation period’, which begins on the day the order is placed and ends on the expiry of 14 working days
beginning the day after the goods are received. This does not apply to goods which have been ordered specially.
The goods must be returned to us within a further 14 working days, in perfect resalable condition, unused. No labels
should be removed and all gift and presentation boxes must be included in their original condition. A full refund will
be given within 14 days of cancellation subject to a deduction for the direct cost to us (if applicable) of collecting
The cost of returning goods that are not subject to a quality complaint is the responsibility of the customer.
